Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging.

  • Include all original documents, manuals, and accessories.


Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Backordered items (special orders made specifically for you).

  • Custom-made or customized products.

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) if packaging is opened (for hygiene and safety reasons).

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • Once your order is shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


Stock Availability & Offers

  • Our website shows real-time stock availability.

  • If an item is out of stock, you can contact us for estimated restock dates.

  • Before you make any payment, we will send you an official offer confirming:

    • Product availability

    • Shipping cost

    • Estimated delivery timeframe


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error.

  • Items returned after the 7-day period.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, FIB App, or Cash), typically within 7–10 business days.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale or clearance items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To arrange an exchange, contact us at info@smartsupplyco.com  and send your item to our warehouse.


Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, mail it to our warehouse.

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
